  I purchased a battery which was pre owned, I did not read the small print my fault. The fully charged battery had a small issue with not showing on my display being full. I contacted sellers and was immediately given outstanding customer service. I would rate them a million percent for their efforts in making it right for me.   Item defective. Several emails to seller, who continues to suggest it is my fault, and they checked the battery before shipping, and charged it. It arrived completely dead. Now they want it sent back to check, with no refund or replacement. Rep is Iris. My education is electronics engineering. I have been with EBay over 15 years. This is a negative experience with no end in sight except to suggest I am wrong. What a hassle with this company. Photo is the battery on the bike. Item NEW
