  The shipping on the item was okay, but as soon as it got processed - duties were applied, so this item was abit more than expected. Packaging was very good, description was spot on, but for value duty cost should've been upfront with the purchase as shipping price. If I was informed about the duties, would've paid that along with the purchase and shipping at the time. For duties ended up paying $54.07 CAD extra on-top the purchase and shipping. I'll buy again, great item, thanks.

  Well I was excited to have won the auburn rubber toy. Something went wrong. I contacted the seller right away and without hesitation the seller issued a full refund, I was told to keep the toy I did receive and if the toy did turn up he would send it no charge. When errors are made the correct steps need to be taken. This seller handles this as an A1 seller. I would buy from him without hesitation!
