I really like the item and there was only one available on the internet but the postal service is subpar these days and the packaging was good so it wasn't their store's fault. Good feedback. When I first noticed this, I notified the seller and he took immediate action to resolve the Post Office's mishandling of the package, and got it moving through the postal system.
