  Purchased a silver dash bezel as shown in listing and received a black one which was damaged, and came with a different control head. Seller did not respond to messages until i started a PayPal dispute. I ended up having to pay shipping a second time to return the item. Do not waste your time with this seller.

  This guy needs to be banned from selling. Other sales have gone wrong and he denys returns. Don't waste your time with him as he waits last minute to deny refund and then nothing can be done. Item was not as described. Pictures don't show item fully. Don't put your trust in this guy. Useless and waste of time. Don't believe me? Read the other reviews I failed to. Ebay should monitor accounts with negative reviews and limit them from posting and selling.

  Do not waste your time! I should have read the reviews before ordering from this person. multiple people with the same issue. I was told it would be shipped to my house by the 21st of October. didn't show up till the 2nd of November because he didn't ship it on time. not to mention it's the WRONG PART! 160 bucks for something I don't need and now is saying I can't get a refund. and the seller refuses to get back to me after purchase. waste of time and money!

  Seller gave me a completely different part from what I originally ordered. In the picture it showed that the seller was selling a 2wd climate control for a 2001 sequoia, I got an 05 4wd climate control that does not resemble the original installation, gave it to me broken while in the picture it shows that it has all the clips on, if it was broken, should have mentioned that in your description, and on top of that left a message and the seller has yet to respond. Save your money from this guy.

  Terrible experience with this seller of which they dragged their feet throughout the whole process. I was sent the wrong item and reached out to the seller about the issue and received no response. Opened a return request and the seller finally accepted the return on the very last day to respond before ebay steps in. Sent the item promptly and once the seller received it, they again waited until the last day to process a refund. I understand mistakes happen but this seller simply doesn't care.
