Had run out of item, but this was not communicated until I chased delivery. Then seller offered part delivery, part refund. Seller totally missed opportunity to keep a customer, despite a mistake, by fixating on selling a low value (under £5) item. If I had been the seller, I would sent the part order for free, trying to retain a customer for future orders. Instead, yes made a sale of £3 or so, but I'll never use the seller again. Errors happen, but how you handle them is very important.
