    Counterfeit product!!! Do not buy!! The Caudalie Serum received was not the one shown in the listing picture. I have used Caudalie Vinoperfect Serum for 20 years so I knew immediately when this arrived it was fake. The color of the bottle was not right and there was no writing on the inside of the box, nor a special Caudalie rewards code. Also the product smelled like oil of Olay, not Caudalie serum. The seller did not respond when I contacted them. You can see the pictures don't match.

    The listing says it was shipped but I never received it. I reached out to the seller who couldn’t be bothered to respond. I had to request a refund through eBay, which I did receive, but I wish I’d looked at the Sellers’s feedback before I ordered. It appears like poor communication and sleazy business practices have been experienced by others.
