  I received item today and it was damaged even though seller packed it very well. I contacted seller who suggested I look for replacement parts and I did and seller reimbursed me for them. Great seller, please use him !!!!!

  If I could rate my experience more than five stars I sure would. First, communication back for the questions that I had was answered near instantaneous. Second, the way they packed the items were shipped in the same box, was like trying to package eggs to survive in the mail. Lots of padding and extra cardboard around the outside between the objects and the Box. And also wrapped in plastic around the outside. Above and beyond for the packing material. Third, the item was exactly as described.A++

  Wowza!!!! Super fast shipping and packed in a cocoon of saran wrap. The box was received a little bruised, but inside the Roomba was unscathed. A big bonus – I had expected to swap out all the filters and beater bars. But it was delivered in pristine condition. A great seller who deserves only the best accolades. Thank you.
