  The Firefighter I patch was top quality and brand new in the package just as described. It arrived about 6 days later than expected which was not the seller's fault and the seller immediately began to look into it when I contacted them because it was showing delivered on my end and the seller's when I had not recieved it yet and Ebay was asking for me to review something I hadn't gotten yet which was weird. It finally arrived December 26th so I'm sure it was a fluke in the postal system and ebay
