Luckily I had a REAL Handy Heater to compare tons of differences! No responce to numerous messages either! eBay has stepped in, sent back packaged better than received & eBay will refund me for this Scammer! Wasted time, packing material & no heater!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
