  Got the doll, was not as described so it was sent back. I got a refund after they charged me $28 for the label that stated $18 when I got it. They refuse to give me a refund either for all the shipping or the $10 extra they kept from me. I did contact them and all they say is I didn't do that, e-bay does that, then no response. Do not buy from these people they are crooks!! I will never buy or recommend them to anyone!!!

  Buyer asked about color of eyelashes & dress. I said eyelashes looked gold, dress was plum. When buyer got doll, disagreed. BUYER accidentally selected “ordered by mistake” instead of “not as described” as the reason for return. eBay charged them for the label, not me. Buyer threatened if the $28 shipping reimbursement wasn’t back by that day, I’d be getting a negative. But I can’t refund more than the purchase price to reimburse for that. They didn’t like that answer,.and left me this negative!

  I appreciate the seller wrapping it up excessively with bubble wrap because when I recieved it the box was severely damaged, some shipping handlers just don’t care about people items. Kudos to the seller once again and would highly recommend and would definitely come back as a buyer
