  The controllers were packed well and arrived with no damage. Had one controller that did not work, and the seller responded and resolved the issue to without any problems. I appreciate their communication to resolve the issue quickly. I gave them a positive review since the other controller worked and offer to give me a refund for the other one without any problems.

  Ordered a pack of two, one item didn't work but I reached out to the seller and they sent out a replacement right away. The quality is very good, joy sticks seam to be good. The value of the remote is definitely worth it and I love the colors they offer. Very good customer service.
