    The ink cartridge is show in it's original packaging and shown as new but when it is delivered, it is not in the original box. It is loose in the shipping bag. There is no original protective tape either. They refill cartridges and try to pass them off as new. I contacted the seller but they refuse to reply and correct the problem. I highly recommend to never buy from this person. No communication whatsoever with multiple attempts.

    I purchased these cartridges based on the picture showing original retail packaging – which identifies the expiration date. What I received were cartridges unboxed in their original foil packages – which do not include expiration dates. I reached out to the seller twice, with no response.
