    BEWARE, this seller does not stand behind the items she sells !! She advertised on Ebay a pair of Athleta pants Sz SMALL. I purchased them, I already had two other pairs in different colors so I knew they would fit. I received the pants, they were too short! I finally figured out the situation - she sent me a pair of pants that were SMALL PETITE. I explained the situation to her and asked for a return and a full refund , and she REFUSED! This situation is her fault, she should refund me ,,

    She is making false claims and sent me threatening messages. She is saying the pants I sent her are a small petite but they are not. They are a size small. Anyone who buys Athleta knows how their tags are labeled. Mine says US S. She also asked for this return after 30 days. I apologized they don't fit and should have reached out to me immediately. Not after 30 days. But to say I don't stand behind my items is incorrect.
