  I ordered this and it arrived at 434 S. Cherrywood Ave.. The tracking says that it never arrived but it did. I wanted to return it because it isn't as described (plastic vs. metal). But because it says that is not delivered, I haven't been able to aquire a legitamate return label (seller sent me a fake one). Please help as I want to be refunded.
