    The best ebay seller since I been buying from ebay. Responded very promptly to the problems that I encountered with Umidigi F3 Pro 5G phone. Had UI problem and the phone required shut down and factory reset. The seller quickly replaced the phone and did not require me to send back the problem phone.     The seller is trying to rectify the mis-advertised item he sold me in May, I purchased it again expecting to receive a refund from him for the first one. But it started working again, so I immediately cancelled my order. I am trying to send him a message with the phone details (IMEI and MEID) but eBay recognizes the numerals as a "payment method" and will not let the message go through. The cell phone was sold as "unlocked" but it's not, it's still partially locked to a plan and I can't use data
