    This is the real Zenipower battery and not a generic battery. The seller tracked the delivery and when it appeared lost by USPS, offered to send a replacement. They went above and beyond my expectations. I received the batteries and am very happy. I recommend them for their great service.

    The item description was not clear - Not clear enough to know there were 3 different batteries for the same unit. The Dealer did offer to pay for shipping back for a credit. As, they did not have the other style battery. It was easier to just keep the battery and eat the cost. As, my time isn't cheap. The item though wrong was in perfect condition with rapid shipping.

    Battery was listed for my laptop but the computer had 2 different batteries. I should have removed the battery and matched the model number. Pretty much my fault, they took it back with no questions asked. Will definitely use again.
