  Defective / Counterfeit Apple AirPod Pro 2. Tried contacting seller but he/she ghosted me after a week. I contacted him/her 2 - 3 times giving them a chance to rectify this issue but no response. Airpod won't connect to my iPhone 16 Max Pro when the lid of the charging case is closed. Siri doesn't tell me when a caller calls, and it does not answer the calls when I nod while earpiece is in my ear. First red flag, there is a plastic cover on earpiece when I first opened the package.
