    This item never arrived. Seller communication was excellent! After no arrival 30 days after order, gave a refund.     The items was exactly as described, a genuine Ford product. It took longer to get here than it should have, but our region was hit by a large storm the day after purchase, and the seller did send a message that the item had shipped and was keeping track of it. We just happened to live in the same region, and the seller's city was hit harder than mine.
