    Brand new, took quite some time to get here which upon getting the box makes sense, it shipped from Europe by a known company. It unfortunately needs extra hardware to take 15volts in as the documentation is sparse and the unit only allows 0-5v so I haven't been able to test it yet, I do know it lights up when powered so I don't doubt it works as intended.
