I did encounter a minor amount of shipping damage which I do not feel is the fault of esssurplus - it is HARD to protect 70+ pound items against the uncaring whims of shipping services, and they did a professional job at it - we discussed the situation and they worked with me to make it right. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

    The purchase was prepared for shipment in a very professional, secure fashion and the LTL pallet shipment was easily set up, paid for, and handled very professionally by very nice folks on both ends of the shipment. The device was all that it was represented to be and appears to be 'good as new' although I haven't had it plugged in yet (not a simple task, permanent wiring). I highly recommend dealing with both the folks at Esssurplus and FreightQuote. I'll be doing so in the future I'm sure!
