ChongX is well known in electronics circles for being a poor quality chinesium brand. JCCON is chinesiunm, too, but their reputation isn't nearly as poor. The capacitance of the delivered capacitors did not meet their technical specifications (up to 23% off). I received a prompt refund, but I still rather would not have had to deal with the issue. Shipping was also a bit too much for delivery as a letter.
