Driver didn’t leave calling card. Parcelforce app / online is impossible to schedule redelivery without the calling card. I ended up collecting the item from Parcelforce depot at Gatwick, a 90 minute round trip. Moving forward I will shop with sellers who use carriers other than Parcelforce!!
