They quickly investigated the issue and sent a replacement (no charge) right away. The replacement arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described.   Package lost in USPS delivery. Upon notification of lost, ELITEFINDER responded very quickly to the situation. A replacement was sent out immediately and arrived as promised. A quality item, in excellent condition and was value priced. The item was well packaged to ensure appearance and safety of product.
