    I don't understand what happened but I purchased it, the next day they sent a tracking number, then they gave my money back and never sent it. I sent a message questioning the transaction but received no communication.

    We completely apologize for the inconvenience. I had one of my employees send you a message right away, but I believe it was through the refund messaging. The item was sold on my sales floor and unfortunately they forgot to take it off eBay. Again our screw up and we are sorry! We did offer $30 to you for the miscommunication, would you still like us to give that to you?
