Some of the controller plastic packaging was damaged or broken due to the shipping company (Amazon) not giving any kind of care while transporting the item to me after being picked up or dropped off by the shipper. Had to save the controllers that the packaging was in decent condition for future use. Just removed the ones that the packaging was beyond redemption for playing use. The item was new as described. I just wish the shipper would use another delivery com

The seller listened to me despite the unfortunate circumstance when my item didn't arrive. They provided me what I needed and it was in perfect condition and is exactly what I ordered.
