  Laptop in like-new condition. Delivered on time, as-advertised. Great value. Seller worked with me on a supply issue that was resolved in my favor. Backplate was disassembled on arrival, and I had to purchase a special bit to fix, at a cost of an additional $20. Seller states they do this so I can swap out parts, which is a reasonable rationale, but I wish I could have asked them to screw it in and save me the job and $. Not enough to lose a star, but other buyers should be aware beforehand.

  Seller was very helpful with questions and even sent a link to some software to change keyboard lighting Laptop was packaged like brand new no scratches or finger prints and protective film for lid and screen as well as OEM box plus additional packaging, so far performs like brand new as well minus the battery not charging which was in the description.
