    The seller was kind and helpful during the purchase process,but the glasses were not as described.They were crooked and deformed!The zipper of their case is sewn crooked,and can't close properly because of this.The published photos + the photos sent 2 me before the purchase,NEVER showed the glasses widely opened and therefore their defects have been hidden to me.Once they arrived 2 me and I complained,the only answer was:"When I sent them to you, they were in perfect condition."DISAPPOINTING!!

    I am sorry this is how you felt about your experience. The item you bought was brand new. Prior to your purchase, I gave you lots of additional photographs and a massive discount off the original price. The problems arose when you received the customs fee and were not happy with the charge. You hoped that I would agree to pay the fee for you. Unfortunately, I am a one person business trying to make ends meet, so am not in a position to pay local customs fees for customers. I am sorry about that.
