About us

Empress Mercantile was created at the end of 2021 and specializes in closeout inventory and distressed assets. Although we have been selling online since June 2002, this is a new project for us when two dear friends, along with my wife and myself banded together during tough times to create something new, fresh, and exciting. Our goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience from door to door, while offering quality goods from respected and sought after brands at affordable pricing.     I ordered this thinking it was 3.4oz as advertised and received a 1.7oz bottle instead. Contacted seller and response was the box had a verified shipping weight of 8oz. No solution, no proof. Yes it's in a box that says 3.4oz but the bottle clearly states 1.7oz. I won't leave a negative score bc I know stuff happens and I love this product. But buyers beware this is not 3.4oz.

    Solutions were given as well as the audited tracking by the USPS for weight. Buyer is unwilling to return the item and is instead demanding a 50% refund.
