I replaced caps for people all across the United States for over a decade. I would use about 200-300 caps a year that I bought from 2 cap makers that existed in the USA. Unfortunately, the caps I would use were not very durable and it caused my business to look bad when the caps would break for customers. I was replacing caps at an alarming rate in the past couple of years. I thought I was stuck using the end cap makers that were available. After much frustration, I decided to learn everything about making end caps. After a year of research, I made a great system to make quality end caps that are extremely durable. I even learned how to make various colors without painting end caps (which no one else is doing). I am so confident in my end caps, I back all caps with a one-year warranty.

    Beware of the seller!!! Sent me a broken cap and then blamed me saying that I was lying and I probably broke it as I was trying to put it on . The seller is a scammer and does not send you the item shown in the picture plus will send you broken items and then blame you. Horrible quality, broken product and completely rude customer service. I will be filing a claim on this scammer..

    Seller did start return & received a full refund. I have had a few customers take advantage of eBay's policies. Shipping table video shows the item was packed and shipped in an undamaged condition, this caused me to use the word "untruth" in my response. I should have accepted buyer's demand for a discount while keeping the item; then there would be no negative feedback. Regardless of bad apples, I value all my customers & strive to ensure positive experiences by providing exceptional service.
