  This is an excellent seller to deal with. Fast shipping, well packaged and very responsive to questions......my kids don't even answer me that fast. Pleasure to do business with. Love this walker so easy to maneuver especially in tight spaces and now with the all mesh storage bag my little dog can ride underneath when tired of walking. Came in perfect condition was not used at all.

  This whole transaction was very inconvenient. The box was beat up. There were no directions. It was around 10’ too long. Had to get a different box to return it. During the return process I selected did not fit when I should have selected item not as described. So I had to pay for shipping to return it. There was no option to correct it at that point so eBay gave me a coupon to make up for the shipping. The sellers response was you received your refund. They contacted me again a week later. Wow

  Item was not new as advertised and in fact was unusable. Came in destroyed packaging that hid the serial numbers making the program unusable. We contacted the manufacturer who said this was done on purpose and we were sold a product that was unusable but advertised as new. To use the program you have to have the original amazon ID order number or any of the serial tracking which the box was sent stripped entirely of this. Was very shady, do not recommend seller. Had to throw away, wasted $125.
