  The part I received was not what I ordered but, the part was indeed new. I reached out to seller which he responded right away. He provided a return label and once I shipped he refunded money right away. Despite the fact the part was not the correct one I ordered, I would highly recommend ETA. Very easy transaction, on time shipping and great customer service.

  BEWARE, This seller has a lot of Bad Reviews & I suggest you look at them all! before deciding. I believed there was no way they could make a mistake on a new Distributor, so I took a chance on this seller, And For Me, this seller was a 5 Star Seller for sure, the item was sent the next day and no waiting for payment to clear BS like some sellers do, I don't know what constant problems this seller has, that obviously they won't fix ? but for me THIS WAS A 5 STAR TRANSACTION & the SELLER Great.

  Item was listed as new, item arrived damaged in a poorly repacked huffy box. Seller initially offered a $55 partial refund or a return label. I requested a return. He didn't initiate a return but said he would refund after receiving the item back. I started a return. Seller refused the package due to damaged package " which is what he shipped me". I had to contact eBay. I received my refund and seller didn't decline his return the 2nd delivery attempt.

  Your item was damaged in transit, barely, so I did offer the return or refund. You asked for a return, which you have to initiate. I sent you a return label assuming you didn't know how to initiate a return, not sure why you were messaging and asking for one if you knew how to do it on your own. I did not refuse your package, it arrived yesterday which is when I refunded. If I refused it, they wouldn't have made a second attempt.

  Item was as described, easy to install and had a nice shine. One of the mouldings had a slight imperfection and i messaged the seller. The seller agreed to send me a replacement the next day. Communication was great and the product was good. Would recommend this seller to perspective customers.
