  Packages arrived today (packaging ripped), items were coated in a thick layer of dust, a dead bug and cob webs – looked like it had been sitting in a barn for 5 years. Canvas case is dirty and faded – this was supposed to be a gift, but I'm too embarrassed to give it as a present.
