  Great deliver service and excellent communication from the seller. Bike very well packaged and relatively easy to assemble, looks a good design and very well built. A pannier was sent separately as a free gift, this arrived a day earlier than the bike and an email arrived saying the bike had been delivered, this information was worrying to say the least. Fortunately the bike did arrive on the confirmed day and on time.

  DOES NOT GO 28MPH advertised that goes 28MPH, does not! Unlocked it as seller suggested and fastest it goes is 20MPH, seller will not do anything aabout it and stopped responding to messages, as far as extras, I got nothing extra, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER... there are plenty of scooters way cheaper that go 20MPH and shipping took longer than was supposed to

  Wow what a great bike and great seller. Bike arrived 3 days early and shipping was free. I researched e bikes for a year and made the decision that the E26 had the features I wanted at the right price. Seller had a great deal and had great communication, answered question quickly. Bike quality is fantastic, with very good fit and finish. Bike fits nicely on my Khule RV bike rack. I like the bike bike so much I plan on buying another for my wife.   Received this bike today and built up within a couple hours, went together well and was quite impressed with build quality. It was well packaged with no loose bits. Delivered quickly considering the time of year, A shout out to the courier, great communication and friendly team. Can’t wait for warmer weather to try it out.
