  The seller was outstanding. Great communication, friendly and honest. Product is exactly as described in hardware. Software I cannot comment on, as I immediately wipe devices without booting into pre-existing OS, but considering the rest of their interaction, I'm confident they'd deliver. Packaging also far exceeded my expectation (better than amazon, in some cases). Honestly haven't had a better experience with purchasing second hand from local people, though this is my first eBay experience.

  When I made the purchase, I noticed after 2 days it hadn't been shipped. Because it's an international order, I became worried. I contacted the seller about my concerns and he reassured me that it would ship in the next two days. From the day he shipped until it arrived in Brooklyn took only 4 days. It was very fast, and the package was double boxed and well protected, the item was brand new as advertised, and he even gave me a price break. I couldn't be happier. I'm using this seller again
