I had a query and received a reply extremely quickly. The map is incredibly beautiful, the detail is wonderful, and the quality is superb. Every thought has gone into this product, even the packaging! This is a present for 60th birthday and I think it will be seen as one of the best presents ever... if not, I'm keeping it for myself!
