  When I received my item it looked like the package had come opened somewhere during it's journey and was haphazardly taped back together. This was not the fault of the seller. There were lots of missing parts as a result. I contacted the seller and they immediately responded and offered to replace the item at no charge. The new item then arrived super quick and was perfect. This seller is a pro and has great customer service skills. Thank you for your speedy resolution and generosity.

  Dear Enterprise, This is the second time I ordered two pocket pages from you and the second time I rec'd. one pocket pages. I will keep the first order but not this most recent delivery. I thought the first order was an oversight. If you check your listing, it shows "two pocket" pages which is what I thought I was ordering. I wish to return this recent delivery but do not feel I should have to pay for return postage as this is your second mistake. Please respond and instruct how to handle this.
