    The shipping time was good. The packaging was okay. The item was not as described; It said new with tags, but this hoodie had no tags and no labels on the inside; although it did have a company imprint (logo) on it. It came in no original packaging and was awfully made which is not the sellers fault; but if the seller is buying irregularly made clothing, they should state that in the description. The value was not good because I cannot wear it--long in the front and too short in the back.

    ALL items are new .... sometimes tags fall off in storage or in the mail .....and I know for a fact it had a label ... there is no original packaging because hoodies do not come in packaging you buy them off a hanger ..... you NEVER reached out to me or asked for a return so as far as I knew you were happy with what you received.
