The package arrived safely, in good conditions with the camera secure and as described.   This item arrived in a HUGE box with a TON of packing materials, no danger of damage there! It looked exactly as described and worked as described with faults clearly explained and confirmed to me via messaging before dispatch. Whole experience was just perfect, good communication, honesty and obviously caring enough to make sure it arrived undamaged.   The player arrived as described and shown, and initially wouldn't accept a disc at all. Turns out the issue was a broken rubber belt, and I've now been able to fix the player with no C13 error happening at all. Very happy with this player for the price.
