  Seller contacted me prior to shipping and informed me when he inspected items he found them damaged. He said he could not send damaged items and wanted to cancel order. I truly appreciate this honesty . He offered to try and find other parts.

  The product was shipped out when it was supposed to, but it never showed up, but the seller was in communication said that he did drop off the product when he was supposed to. He just got tied up with usps got lost. He was quick to give a refund no questions asked.

  The Honeywell Gas valve controller works great! The seller responded to all my questions and concerns . Item was shipped out quickly. The package was delivered secured. Item was bought used, cleaned, and in working condition. It was definitely worth the value after researching on the Rheem website which was on back order and paying for a new water heater.   Quality of the item sent was better than I expected for a used item. Shipping was very fast and packaging was very good and protected the vulnerable contents from being bent or damaged and made unusable. I will keep this seller on my list of 'check first for hard to find repair items' for a reasonable cost.
