  I've lagged for years in buying this machete and finally purchased it because of the sellers great price and free shipping. I own multiple machetes and this by far is my favorite. The Barong shape is sleek,but takes in heavy cutting chores and this isn't a thing flexi,cheap piece. It ss solidly built and the geft of the solid ( and sharp right out of the box) is not an issue for slashing because of the " hoofed" handle end which secures it against slipping. A++++ seller and A+++ machete!!!!
