Once the chair has been adjusted to suit you in height, backrest height, arm rest position and head rest height with the recline tension adjusted to suit, this is the best chair I had ever sat in soothing my sores and aches. It is what its cracked up to be, people need to know how to adjust them as suits. Its very comfortable and the leather makes a massive difference.
