    This item is a Christmas gift. Item appears to be a genuine samsung phone in original sealed packaging. As advertised. It won't be until post Xmas that I will verify that it is factory unlocked and usable on the AU network. I opted to buy from this business because it had a 60day warranty which allowed me to keep the phone in original pack until Christmas. This will still leave me 30 days to test the phone. Delivery took only a few days from order.

    Item arrived broken - smashed screen and broken back glass. Battery faulty and box was open, clearly not brand new as advertised.Seller ignored messages, and then refused return. eBay got involved and told them they had to accept return. They then sent me a shipping label for a courier which does not operate in Tasmania and refused to send one for another courier or AusPost. I had to return at my own expense which is against eBay policy.
