  Condition, quality, value and appearance of the item is as described and perfect. What really stands out about Third wave Discounts however, is their attentiveness and response time. There was a slight delay in the arrival of the product (not the seller's fault) and they were so prompt in replying to my questions and did everything they could to help. Highly recommend this seller!

  Item was a described. Shipping took over a week to arrive but I think it was the mail service not the sellers. Box was extremely damaged when arrived but again I don’t thank it was the sellers fault. Item works great and there was great communication with the seller. I would definitely buy from them again.

  Item came as described and working condition fast shipping customer service was helpful. Did have an issue with item not containing mount screws and t valve which item said was new open box so was assuming everything was in it when I purchased . So was upset about that overall would recommend seller the seller did reach out to me about a return. But decided to keep it and just buy some mounting screws and t valve myself for it around 40 dollars extra and item works fine.
