There was a extremely minor concern the seller had with the packaging of the monitor I ordered and rather than just shipping it, the seller provided me the curtesy of reaching out and asking if I had any concerns. Just out of principle, I very much appreciate that. I had no issues at all with the monitor at all and it was exactly what I wanted. I'll be sure to buy from him again in the future.
