    Item came in the original box and the product, itself, was in good shape but there is a slight crackling sound almost like feedback within the headphones that is slightly annoying and was not mentioned in the item description. However, when the volume is turned up loud, the sound fades. Since this item was described as “open box/like new” it’s not a big deal but for the price, it would have been nice if the seller mentioned this issue.
