  The item I received was quite beautiful however it did not fit the person who I purchased it for a gift. Generally I don’t give jewelry as a gift but this was an exceptional piece. I apologize for the condition it was returned to you from FedEx and I can assure you the person at the desk did not even open the package.   Very bad packaging! Instead of wrapping paper, there was a lot of garbage!! As a result, one of the expensive vases broke. The seller put both large vases in one small box, without separating them. The vases were very dirty, it was unpleasant to handle them! Very dissatisfied with the seller and the purchase! I do not recommend this seller, irresponsible!...

  This gentleman agreed with us to take the international shipping insurance , I was responsible for the shipping my item to eBay International Shipping department . Ebay check and shipped back to the customer I have nothing to do with it because what eBay does to shipped out not in my hands.2nd he right away message with me long letter he want compensation approach us with treating such behavior not acceptable under any circumstance . Kindly Ebay clear this feedback off . Thanks
