Correct ordered items are still pending, correct Easywheels not yet shipped and bolts and nuts for installation are still to be shipped. The packaging of items needs improvement, it was sent to me in black trash plastic with very minimum bubble plastic and cushioning. The seller declared free shipping and I paid the amount declared and emailed me that he was charged expensive shipping which is beyond my control.
