  The items were not described correctly, listed as Very Good! Page unattached, cut outs visible. I requested packing well with card which was ignored resulting in the magazines being creased down the middle throughout. I was charged for the item to be signed for, but arrived by 2nd class post. Unfortunately, I was unable to resolve the issues with the seller, refund offered but declined as I would have had to return the items registered at a higher cost, and at the risk of not being delivered.

  Buyer bought 10 magazines for £8 - 1 had cutouts. A £3 refund was requested, however 9 were ok. We refused and offered the buyer a full refund. Misleading comment made about return cost, with 2680 feedbacks it means that the buyer knew that they would get a full refund. Guess its sour grapes, they wanted to keep it but with a £3 discount. BUYER NOW BLOCKED
