Drop shipper denies responsibility (In Italian!) for delivery including single layer of thin cardboard & thin plastic, shipped from Italy. Hardly surprising it was heavily damaged when it arrived. It needs far better packaging which would put the price up but is essential. I am now tasked with disposal!
