  Prompt shipping. Packaged well. Good communication. Great customer service. Item arrived with manufacturing defect. Seller replaced item. Also, eBay issued refund and considered order closed. Replacement also had manufacturing defect. I can't access replacement order in the system to obtain defective item return shipping label. Seller advised me to keep item, or donate to library.
